Our Contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

As part of its CSR approach, Poolstar is committed to contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Through its activities and initiatives, the company addresses several of these goals:

Poolstar is committed to ensuring the well-being of its employees by implementing several measures promoting their physical and mental health.

A Recognized CSR Commitment

In 2024, Poolstar received its first Ecovadis badge, marking the beginning of official recognition of its CSR commitments.

One year later, these ongoing efforts were rewarded by the bronze Ecovadis medal 2025.

This progression reflects our determination to continuously improve our social, environmental, and ethical responsibility practices, to become an ever more committed and sustainable company.

2022 Gender Equality Index

Gender parity is one of Poolstar's core values, so we are pleased to publish the results of the professional equality index for 2022.

Overall result: 85/100, broken down as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 35/40
  • Individual raises gap indicator: 25/35
  • Indicator for percentage of women receiving a raise within the year following maternity leave: 15/15
  • Indicator for number of employees of underrepresented gender among the top 10 highest paid: 10/10
